The Best FPL Gameweek 37 Differentials

There is a strong argument to say that this is the most important week in all of FPL for nailing a differential. Which is lucky, as nailing differentials is what we do. From Scott, Saka, Okafor, KDH, Hinshelwood etc. Check receipts these recommendations were all way ahead of time.

Which means in fact, that plenty of our differential recommendations from our Gameweek 35 differentials and Gameweek 36 differentials are still relevant. So, make sure you check them out.

If you are looking for more differential gains, then check out Gameweek 37 captains’ article as well.

And as always, make sure you check out our Predicted Lineups and Team News Hub before locking in any changes.

Anyway, without further ado, let’s get stuck into the Best Gameweek 37 Differentials in FPL.

Leandro Trossard – £6.5m

Ownership: 0.9%

The main attraction to Trossard is that unlike many other teams, Arsenal still have everything to play for.

Combine this with the fact he now has 2 returns in their last 2, including a potential league winning goal against West Ham, and he could be a great option for those looking to chase their mini leagues. Especially if Saka is out of budget.

Every other Arsenal attacker has faced rotation or reduced minutes in their last 2 league games. Not Trossard. He comes into their final games with all the momentum, the best minutes and a very achievable price tag. He is the perfect 3rd Arsenal option for those transitioning into Arsenal’s triple up from their WC32 teams.

Maxim De Cuyper – £4.3m

Ownership: 1.5%

With Gomez, Weiffer and now Mitoma out for Brighton, it’s safe to say their starting lineup has undergone a lot of change recently. One of the men to benefit has been Maxim De Cuyper.

With Mitoma’s injury now casting doubt upon his availability for the World Cup, it is looking like De Cuyper will fill his spot in the LW position. There are a few reasons why this is significant.

De Cuyper now has 3 assists in his last 109 minutes of football for Brighton. So he more than has the form argument for starting in their final few games of the season. On top of this, Brighton play both Leeds and Man United in their final 2 games of the season. Normally these would be mixed fixtures, but given Brighton are firmly in the European hunt, and both Leeds and United are ‘On the Beach’, we can expect Brighton to put out a very strong XI, whereas Leeds and Man United are much more likely to rotate.

The third reason why De Cuyper is an excellent differential, is that although he will likely be playing LW, he is listed as a defender. Meaning he can score points at both ends of the pitch. All for £4.3m. Bargain.

Iliman Ndiaye – £6.2m

Ownership: 4.4%

With most of the conversation surrounding Dewsbury-Hall as far as Everton assets go, it seems Ndiaye has been slightly forgotten about. Now yes, this may have something to do with his 5 blanks in a row, but his underlying numbers for his last 2 games tell a different story.

Ndiaye was plenty involved against both Palace and City, and in truth is very unlucky to walk away with 0 returns. He registered a 0.43 xGI against Palace and a 0.90 xGI against City. He also has an uncanny knack for DefCons, averaging 9.45 a game and providing another sneaky route to points.

More importantly, an Everton win and Brighton loss or draw would put them right back in the hunt for European football. Meaning for at least GW37, Everton will field a full-strength team.

Everton also have 2 of the easiest fixtures to close out the year in Sunderland and Spurs. Ndiaye’s increased xGI, presence on pens and great fixtures would suggest he’s due.

Michael Keane/ James Tarkowski – £4.5m/ £5.7m

Ownership: 2.6%/ 11.4%

The reason both are included here is that it is completely budget dependent which one you go for, and the difference in price means they are almost completely even as assets.

Now yes, even though Tarkowski his higher ownership, his presence in the top 10k is much more differential than the rest of the field. Both possess pretty good DefCon, goal threat and clean sheet potential for the final few games. So good be excellent options for those chasing their mini leagues.
