With this being the week of dilemmas, it’s only right that we tackle some of the remaining major ones, to give you the best chance moving forward.
A lot of debates facing managers about whether or not to wildcard, Foden and Saka, Dorgu replacements, Best Chelsea assets, whether or not to go for Bournemouth or Palace assets etc. Luckily we’ve got you covered.
If you are indeed on wildcard this week then make sure you check out our Best Gameweek 24 Wildcard draft.
Alternatively, if you are looking for other ways to boost rank, make sure you check out our Gameweek 24 Best differentials and which teams and fixture runs to target from the GW24 swing.
As always, make sure you consult the Predicted Line-Ups and Team News Hub before locking in any changes.
Anyway, without further ado, lets get stuck into Gameweek 24 Key Tips.

This is probably the largest debate raging at the moment and the answer is quite simple. Only if you have to.
But how do I know if I have to?
If your team is starting swell with underperforming assets, injured players or there is a lack of Arsenal or Cheslea assets then this could be the right move for you. One thing is for sure however, if you are going to wildcard, it will require meticulous planning and a lot of rolling of transfers as these will be absolutely vital moving forward. This will mean you can take full advantage of things like DGW26.
But, it can definitely be done.
Below we will provide an assets checklist and split them into 3 categories. Category one will be the assets you should want over the upcoming stretch, meaning the more of these you have, the less need you have to wildcard. Category 2 will be neutral assets, meaning they can go either way and shouldn’t influence too much and category 3 will be assets where the more of those you own, the more I like a GW24 wildcard for your team.
Category 1 – The more you own, the less you need to Wildcard:
Category 2 – These can go either way. Not elite assets to hang onto but not bad ones you need to move off.
Category 3 – the more of these you own, the more I would consider wildcarding.
I’m sure people will disagree and to be honest, if you believe in some of those then who am I to tell you different. This is just my opinion based on form and fixtures.
I can’t stress enough however, if you are going to Wildcard, save transfers for GW26 and GW31.

It should be pretty clear from my above criteria that I would be advising all who can to move off them as soon as possible. This is in no small part down to the variable minutes that both have been facing recently. Both will have plenty of key games in both the league cup and UCL in the immediate future which will not help their rotation risks in the slightest.
The main issue is that they both consume such a large chunk of budget, which given their rotation risks, but also returns on the pitch, is just unsustainable.
The third and final reason is how good some of the other assets in their price range are. If you can get to a Bruno Fernandes or Mbeumo, then we would highly advise doing so.
Given Saka’s midweek rest he will almost definitely be starting against Leeds this week so his transfer can be delayed if need be. But moving forward we would advise moving off them.

With the prospect of a DGW also thrown into the mix for Chelsea, their already fantastic fixture run has just got even better. With Chelsea it is just a matter of who their best assets are, not if loading up on them is the right call. It definitely is. So, with that, here are our favourite Cheslea options ranked in order. For more in depth analysis on why, check out or Teams and fixtures to target piece where we break down our order in more detail.

Everton are one of the more confusing teams to assess at the moment. The prospect of a DGW26 is no doubt tantalising but their assets seem to be a complete mixed back. So I will sum them up as best I can.

Another tricky debate at the moment given the amount of Pep roulette player will be subject to. An injury to Doku is encouraging for the likes of Foden, Cherki, Semenyo however.
Would avoid all others for now. Even Semenyo will eventually be subject to rotation once he is eligible for the UCL registration. Until then he is a great option.

If you are looking to move straight off Dorgu and ideally need someone in the same pricve bracket to save the FTs then we’ve got you covered. Here are our favourite options to replace Dorgu.
If you can get to Senesi at £4.8m he is the best option, if not:

What an absolute headache Liverpool are at the moment. The answer is not the clearest but in a few weeks’ time when their fixtures open up, it should get a bit easier to asses. In the meantime here is our best advise to give:

Absolutely not. His fixtures are elite from GW27 and even the ones in the meantime aren’t bad for an attacker. Not many ‘bad fixtures’ for attacking players right now so ride form where you can.

The optimum Arsenal triple ups are as follows:
If you own other defensive assets such as Saliba or Calafiori then it is not worth a move to a different defender or goalkeeper.
However, it is worth moving from any midfielder or attacker not named Rice to a defender/goalkeeper.
