Essentials Of The Double

  • Arsenal has 2 favorable fixtures to triple up on. Saka is back and in good form.
  • Salah faces the leaky LEI and he knows how to score against the promoted teams.
  • Marmoush has flourished after Haaland’s injury and has 2 good games to target alongside the nailed Gvardiol.
  • Rogers has scored twice and supplied three assists, and 35 points in last 6 Weeks.

  • I think the following 6 assets should be included in your team for DGW33: Saka, Salah, Rogers, Marmoush, Gvardiol, ARS def

What to do with?

NEW DEF:

  • If you’re a Livramento, Burn or Trippier owner, I’d recommend benching them in DGW33. If you’re going to use BB so sell them for better defenders and get them back in your free hit in BGW34.
  • Best replacements for NEW backline will be City, Arsenal and Palace defenders. Even AVL assets are good options.
  • Konsa is the safest alongside Martinez especially after his goal vs PSG on Tuesday.

Murphy:

Same as NEW defenders, Keep him on bench or sell him if you’re going to BB.

Isak:

Alexander is a different case. He is one of the best and most proven assets this season and you should be cautious before selling him and be careful about his ownership as well. Isak is a fixture proof and can score against any team in the league. You should start him easily against AVL high line and he should return. I think Isak should be included in your starting 11 for GW33. In GW34 he faces IPS at home and is one of the top captains for the week. He is a definite hold.

Howe:

After the successful selection of Howe last gw as he earned 23 points thanks to his back to back win over Man United and Palace, His owners may look for a replacement as he faces Villa away from home which is a tricky game to target. I believe Arteta should be Howe 2.0, It looks like the man who beat Madrid should win over Palace and Ipswich. Some mangaers may target the riskier move by selecting Glasner. Slot is good pick as well for a single game but it’s going to be very boring pick to be honest!

Mateta:

After his 2 disappointing points in the double, Mateta has another double vs BOU and ARS and I think he should start both games. He may get reduced minutes but He isn’t a sell to be honest. He can be dealt as no buy no sell!

Palmer:

I think there is no room for Palmer in DGW33 and beyond! Fixtures will turn bad and he couldn’t prove his price in recent weeks. Personally, I’d prioritize Saka and DeBruyne over him. If you own him I highly recommend selling him to Saka or Kevin.

Marmoush or Saka for Captaincy © ?:

Since Haaland’s (£14.7m) injury, Marmoush has blanked just once in four GWs, providing 4 returns and 30 points. He is in better for form and expected minutes. On the other hand, Saka is back and scored against Madrid, Arsenal in good form and has no FA cup next weekend. I think Saka’s minutes should improve. Arsenal games are more appealing and Saka’s extra point for Cs or goals is an advantage for him. I’m torn between them but Saka’s slightly preferred. It’s very close tbh and you can follow your gut feeling!
