  • The Transfer Wizard is a great tool for customised transfer recommendations based on budget and position.
  • FPL Player Rankings also provides clear lists of the best FPL players across each position for budget and premium

1. Bournemouth

Currently the most in form team in the PL with great fixtures and the best part is they don’t blank in GW29. Getting in 2-3 of their assets is ideal for this run.

🥇 Kluivert: Currently the midfield to own in FPL, player of the month and bang in form. 2 goals and 2 assists in the last 5GWs and someone who has massively benefited from Evanilson’s injury. He is also on penalties. He should be the first name in your team if you are in for a midfielder.

🥈 Semenyo/Dango: I would definitely want to get in another Bournemouth midfielder

Everyone will own Kluivert or Semenyo but a second Bournemouth defender is going to be an amazing differential you can play or bench as per your individual teams and fixtures.

Bournemouth Midfielders since Evanilson injury in GW21 ✅

🍒 Kluivert v Dango v Semenyo

1. Shots: 18 v 18 v 17
2. Shots in the box: 9 v 12 v 12
3. Big chances: 5 v 6 v 3
4. xG: 2.64 v 2.76 v 1.69
5. FPL pts: 62 v 40 v 35

My thoughts have changed again since the last GW and I now think Semenyo is a safer option than Dango.

Evanilson back on the bench means Dango will see reduced minutes and could be taken off around 60-65 minutes

🥉 Huijsen: The difference between him and Kerkez in price is big. Kerkez is now £0.6m more expensive at £5m.

  • Huijsen a big set pieces threat
  •  More shots on target than Kerkez
  • More shots in the box
  • Better xG

Kerkez more of a creator with 5 big chances created to 1 for Huijsen.

Huijsen and Kerkez have the same xGI – both have 2.3 xGI this season.

2. Crystal Palace

Palace have amazing fixture next GW but they do blank in GW29. They do play Southampton after that in GW30 so if you can afford to bench their assets they are still a very good buy.

🥇 Mateta: One of the best forwards to buy at the moment. Bang in form 4 goals and an assist in the last 5GWs, he also has just blanked once in that time. He was kicked in the skull in the FA Cup game last weekend. It was a deadly tackle, so if you own him it might be time to sell; but not before we hear anything in the press conference. He could be out for a minimum of 1GW + BGW29 or even more so only sell him after the press conferences.

🥈 Munoz: He is one of the best attacking defenders to get. Munoz is top 2 for xGI amongst defenders. He has 3 clean sheets, 1 goal and 3 assists in the last 6GWs. He faces IPS and SOU in GW28 and GW30.

3. Newcastle United

Newcastle United have been one of the most inconsistent teams this season with their form and performances very hard to predict.

Fixtures have finally improved after a while and their DGW in 32 has also been confirmed.

🥇 Isak: He is the only Newcastle option I would consider. 19 goals and 5 assists this season. 4 goals in the last 5GWs. One thing to consider before you buy or keep him is he was completely out of the squad last GW with a potential injury. But it was later confirmed by Howe that it is nothing serious. I assume he will be back this GW.

Note: I really would have loved a triple up on Newcastle but with Gordon suspended and Lewis Hall injured I don’t think currently there are other players worth considering.
