Game Week 11: BigManBakar’s Best Differential Picks

Best Differentials To Own For Game Week 11

For our purposes, a differential refers to a player owned by around 15% or less of FPL managers.

1) Son Heung Min (Ownership: 6.3%, Price: £9.9m)

I’m jealous of FPL managers who have held onto Son Heung Min.  According to the bookmakers, Spurs are projected to score the highest number of goals this Gameweek as their attackers look primed for big returns. Spurs are ranked 1st for xG this season, while Ipswich sit on the opposite end of the spectrum which sees them ranked 20th for xG conceded. Son, I believe, is likely to be on penalties as well.

Those with Son and without Salah could even be tempted to hand the South Korean the armband as a differential captain.

2) Matheus Cunha (Ownership: 6.9%, Price: £6.7m)

Managers aiming to sell Haaland to accommodate Salah might find Cunha to be the perfect fit. Wolves have a superb run of fixtures coming up – where they play Southampton, Fulham, Bournemouth, Everton, West Ham, Ipswich and Leicester in the next seven Game weeks. Cunha, who has already returned in four of his previous six starts, seems like a very nice set and forget option for this spell.

He’s consistently getting close to 90 minutes and the fixtures are so good that he removes the need to have an eighth attacker for rotation.

3) Bruno Fernandes (Ownership: 7.7%, Price: £8.2m)

The arrival of a new manager could lift United’s spirits and reignite Fantasy interest in their players. Some early signs emerged as Man United brushed past Leicester City in the EFL Cup and followed it up with an encouraging performance against Chelsea. Bruno, whose non-penalty xGi (non penalty expected returns) is at 4.75 compared to his two assists, has been unlucky.

United’s nine goals from a 16.76 xG total highlight their finishing issues.
