Anyway, without further ado, let’s get stuck into some of the best Gameweek 23 differentials.

Patrick Dorgu – £4.2m

Any time a defender records 4 attacking returns in their last 6 starts it is worthy of attention. More importantly however, United are coming off the back of a statement win against Man City, in which Dorgu not only scored, but registered a clean sheet. Now this was not just a flukey win, they absolutely played City off the park, with the xG score finishing 3.07 to 0.39.

With their Afcon stars back, Bruno back, individual returns, a seemingly improved defence and a £4.2m price tag, there is not much to dislike about Dorgu right now. Yes, he will be a small minutes risk but with six 90 minute games in a row and no cup football, it is hard to see him being rotated at the moment.

Wesley Fofana – £4.4m

With the news that Tosin is now expected to miss a few weeks, Fofana could present as an intriguing option into the Chelsea defence for those brilliant fixtures. There is still a risk his minutes get managed but the Tosin injury should set Fofana up for the Lion’s share. So if you can’t afford a Chalobah, he could be a great shout.

Ismaila Sarr – £6.3m

Now granted there could be another week missed for Sarr given the AFCON celebrations. Even so, that game is against Cheslea either way. This is more of a reminder to get him on your radar early. With Forest, Brighton, Burnley, Wolves, United, Spurs and Leeds from GW24 to GW30, you probably couldn’t design better fixtures in a lab. Sarr could be a sneaky differential to own during that period.

Amad Diallo – £6.2m

Straight back from AFCON and straight back into the starting line-up for United. Amad has been a very effective operator when called upon and has even chipped in with some DefCon returns every now and then. More significant however is how high powered United’s attack looks at the moment and Amad has been averaging an xGI per 90 this season of a surprisingly high 0.5. Now granted he may not play as advanced with the return of Mbeumo, Sesko etc. But when called upon he still loves to get forward from the wide areas, so could be a sneaky option at only £6.2m.

Kroupi Jr – £4.6m

Since Semenyo’s exit, Kroupi has now started 2 games in a row for the cherries. He is also the only player this season with a better goals per minute ration than Haaland this season at 92mins per goal..

His versatility means he can line up anywhere along the front 4 and with Tavernier getting injured there should be plenty of minutes to go around. From Gameweek 24 to Gameweek 30 Bournemouth have some unbelievable fixtures, including Wolves, West Ham and Burnley. For only £4.6m, he profiles as the perfect budget enabler for any team.
